Terms and Conditions – ad77 Pakistan Online Gaming Platform

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or using any part of the ad77 platform – whether on a desktop browser, mobile browser or any other device – you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. This agreement comes into effect at the moment you complete the registration process and create a player account on ad77.

These Terms apply to all players on ad77 regardless of how they access the platform. They apply to game play, to deposits and withdrawals, to bonus claims and to all interactions with the ad77 support team. If at any point you no longer agree to these Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

ad77 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered players of material changes by email or through a notice on the platform. Your continued use of ad77 after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Eligibility

To register and use the ad77 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.
• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms of this nature is not prohibited under applicable law.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player or have an active cooling-off period on ad77 or any connected platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director or close family member of an employee or director of ad77 or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.
• You must be the legal owner of the payment method used to fund your ad77 account.

ad77 reserves the right to request identity documents from any player at any time to verify eligibility. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal access until verification is complete.

3Account Registration

Each person may hold only one account on ad77. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances across those accounts.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, mobile number and any other information requested by the registration form. Providing false information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone.
• You are solely responsible for all activity carried out under your account, whether or not you personally authorised it.
• If you suspect that someone has accessed your account without your permission, contact ad77 support immediately at support@ad77.world.
• ad77 will never ask for your full password via email, chat or phone. Any communication claiming to be from ad77 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent.

ad77 reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any stage, including at account creation, before processing a withdrawal or following an unusually large win. These checks are conducted to protect the integrity of the platform and the safety of all players.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ad77 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

The minimum deposit amount on ad77 is Rs 100. There is no maximum deposit limit under standard account conditions, though ad77 may apply transaction limits as part of its responsible gaming controls for individual accounts.

• Deposits are credited to your ad77 balance instantly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically complete within five minutes. Bank IBFT transfers are processed within one business day.
• ad77 does not charge fees on withdrawals. Any fees levied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside ad77's control and responsibility.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used to make a deposit on the account, or to a verified account in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• ad77 may require additional identity verification before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for first withdrawals or amounts above standard thresholds.

5Bonuses and Promotions

ad77 offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms which are communicated at the point of offer. The following general rules apply to all promotions on ad77 unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are credited to your ad77 bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion details.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period specified. Unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• Only one bonus may be active on an ad77 account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

6Gameplay Rules

All games available on ad77 are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In addition, the following general gameplay rules apply across all titles on the platform:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and the relevant round has started, it cannot be cancelled or reversed. Please confirm your stake before submitting.
• All game outcomes on ad77 are determined by certified Random Number Generators or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of real cards dealt by a live dealer. ad77 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• If a technical error, software malfunction or connectivity issue affects the outcome of a game round, ad77 reserves the right to void that specific round and return any stake placed. Where a game round has completed and the result recorded without error, the result stands.
• In crash games including Aviator, the multiplier at which a player cashes out is final. Attempting to dispute a valid cashout result through support will not result in a different outcome.
• In live dealer games, the dealer's decision is final during a live round. Any disputes about a live round outcome must be raised within 24 hours of the round completing.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ad77. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension and may result in forfeiture of balance and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Creating more than one account on ad77, regardless of the reason.
• Providing false identity or age information during registration or verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts or any automated system to interact with ad77 games or the platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players in any game on ad77, including sharing hand information in real time during live poker or Teen Patti.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or glitches for financial gain. Players who discover a technical error are required to stop play and report it to support immediately.
• Using the ad77 platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing ad77 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape or distribute any part of the ad77 platform, games or content.

8Account Suspension and Closure

ad77 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide identity verification documents within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or any activity inconsistent with legitimate gaming.
• Court order or instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Player request for self-exclusion or account closure.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will be notified by email. During a suspension, access to deposits and game play will be restricted. Withdrawals of funds that are confirmed as legitimately won may be processed at the conclusion of the investigation, subject to the outcome.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily can do so by contacting the ad77 support team. Any remaining real money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification, provided the balance was not derived from bonus abuse or any prohibited activity.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the ad77 platform – including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, written content, audio and video elements – is the intellectual property of ad77 or its licensed game providers. Nothing on this platform should be construed as granting you any ownership rights over any ad77 content.

You may access and use the ad77 platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming enjoyment only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, broadcast or create derivative works from any ad77 content without prior written permission from ad77. This includes screenshots or recordings used for any commercial purpose.

10Limitation of Liability

ad77 provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, about the uninterrupted availability or fitness of the service for any particular purpose. While ad77 works hard to maintain high uptime and performance across Pakistani networks, temporary unavailability can occur due to maintenance, network outages or events outside our control.

• ad77 is not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, provided those interruptions do not result in confirmed financial loss to a player (such as a bet placed and lost during a confirmed technical fault).
• ad77 is not liable for losses arising from a player's own internet connection issues, device failures or browser incompatibilities.
• In cases where a verified technical fault on the ad77 platform affects a game outcome, ad77's maximum liability is limited to returning the stake placed during the affected round.
• ad77 is never liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses, including any loss of anticipated winnings from games not completed due to a technical issue.

11Privacy and Data Protection

ad77 collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

In summary, ad77 collects the information necessary to operate your account, process your transactions and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third-party advertisers. The version of these Terms most recently published on the ad77 website is the current binding version. Previous versions are superseded on publication of an updated set of Terms.
